Return Policy

UNWANTED ITEMS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost. Unfortunately we regret we are unable to offer exchanges.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you received is faulty please contact customer services via the Contact Us page, or by sending us a message on your order.

Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.

We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Please note delivery charges are only refundable if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

In order to return an item/s, please follow these steps

 

Log into your account

Go to Completed Orders

Choose the order on which you wish to return item/s

Click 'Return Items'

Add your reasons for returning etc

Click 'Submit'

 

This then submits a request for a return to us.

We will then shortly notify you that your request to return has been authorised.

When you receive this notification from us, please send your item/s back to us.

 

Please include a copy of your original invoice form in your parcel, with the returned items/kept items indicated on it.

 

Please ensure your goods are in a securely wrapped, in their original packaging, and that you enclose your paperwork with the goods.

 

Please use a trackable method to send the item/s back to us, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or a similar method which gives a parcel tracking number.

We ask this because if items get lost in the normal post we regret we could not be held responsible for any items not received here.

Using a trackable method protects you.

Please keep a safe note of your parcel’s tracking number.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return confirmation email. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card we will contact you. If after 28 days of returning your item you have not been refunded please contact us.
