Your credit card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Once orders are placed into our system, our despatching systems are very swift and so it is not possible to make any changes once orders are placed.
As such we regret we are not able to amend any orders once they are made.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund minus the postage cost. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Returns are your responsibility we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via recorded delivery.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return confirmation email. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card we will contact you. If after 28 days of return you have not been refunded please contact us.
