Solution If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund minus the postage cost. It will take approximately 5 working days for the money to reach your account. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. Returns are your responsibility we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via recorded delivery.
